Cancellation policy and refund of prepayment: if you cancel your reservation more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled date of your arrival, the payment will be refunded in full, minus 10% of the cashless payment amount to your current account (card) in UAH. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 calendar days in advance, the hotel will not refund the prepayment.
